GET MY REFILLS

Hired to build everything - for 50,000 SKUs

A former Apple executive came with a vision: cut out the middleman between patients and pharmaceutical manufacturers to make medication dramatically more affordable.

From Zero to Brand

Naming · Identity · Voice

The brand started with nothing. I built the entire identity from the ground up: naming the company, developing the visual system, and establishing a brand voice that felt trustworthy to patients while remaining sharp enough to compete with established pharmacy players.

Every element was designed with scale in mind. A name that's clear and functional. A mark that works across app icons, transit placements, and prescription bags. A tone that speaks plainly about something people often find confusing and stressful.

Right Message. Right Medication. Right Person.

Transit · Social · Campaign

I created the full transit and social ad campaign, developing targeted creative that spoke directly to patients managing specific medications. The challenge was precision — general health messaging is easy to ignore. This required audience segmentation down to condition and medication type, with messaging tailored accordingly.

Consistent brand voice, clear value proposition, and placements chosen for where patients already spend their time. Built to reach the right people — not just a lot of people.

Your Prescription. The Best Price. Three Taps Away.

Mobile App · UX Design

I designed the GetMyRefills mobile app around one simple job: find your medication and instantly see how much you can save. The core promise had to be delivered in seconds — not buried in onboarding flows or cluttered dashboards.

Clean UX, frictionless navigation, and a clear value delivered the moment you open it. The design strips away everything that doesn't serve that one moment: the patient, their medication, and the price comparison that makes switching a no-brainer.
