I created "Madge" and a cast of characters who spoke five times faster than normal, turning a technical feature into a brand experience that was impossible to ignore. The social campaign drove a 400%+ increase in subscriber conversions and established UMAXX as an early category leader before the big players caught up.

I designed the full user interface for UMAXX TV — a streaming platform built around the principle that the experience should serve the viewer, not the data machine behind it. Clean, intuitive, and distraction-free, the UI reflected the same privacy-first values that defined the brand.

I led UX/UI design and brand strategy for the platform, building the campaign around military-grade encryption and a single unambiguous promise: UMAXX Never Tracks or Sells Your Personal Information. In a category where surveillance is the business model, that promise was a genuine differentiator — and a reason to switch that the big players couldn't match without exposing their own practices.
