From Pitch to Program: Reconditioning America's Tactical Fleet
Program Management, Contract Strategy, Executive Presentation & Video Production
When Safe Ports set out to win reconditioning and repair contracts across multiple branches of the U.S. military, the challenge wasn't capability — it was proof. I led the full contract pursuit and program strategy, then built the presentation and video content that made the case: clear, credible storytelling that translated complex mechanical and logistics capability into a narrative military decision-makers could act on with confidence. The result was a winning contract award and a program built to deliver on it — from the pitch room to the shop floor.
On Demand. Off Grid. Zero Emissions
GPOD — Green Power on Demand
Brand Naming, Product Positioning, Case Study Development & Content Strategy
GPOD needed more than a product — it needed a name, a story, and proof it could work in the harshest, most remote environments on earth. I built the brand from the ground up, naming the platform GPOD (Green Power on Demand) and developing the full library of case studies that made its value tangible: cooling deep-shaft mines, powering remote oil fields, supporting petrochemical plants, and running closed-loop water exchangers on offshore oil platforms. Each case study translated a highly technical, zero-emission power solution into a clear business case for a different industry — turning an unfamiliar product category into something operators could immediately understand, trust, and deploy.
Built for the Storm: Rescue Chargers for Florida's EV Evacuation Corridors
Hurricane evacuations move fast — and a dead or burning EV in the wrong lane can shut down an entire corridor. The State of Florida needed a way to keep stranded electric vehicles from turning a mass evacuation into a standstill. I conceived the solution: rescue chargers purpose-built for rapid EV charging and EV fire response, deployed as portable stations wherever the corridor demanded them. I then wrote and developed the full proposal that turned that concept into a winning state contract — from initial vision to signed award.
